Getting Started

If you're considering counselling, I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call. This gives us the opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels right.

Fees

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50 per session.

Availability

I currently offer appointments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, with appointments available from 5:00pm and my latest session finishing at 10:00pm.

How Sessions Are Offered

I offer counselling in a private, professional counselling room in Crowthorne, Berkshire, as well as by telephone or video using Microsoft Teams. If you would prefer, we can also alternate between face-to-face, telephone and video sessions to suit your needs.
