About Me

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and I know how important it is to find someone you feel comfortable talking to.

I am an integrative counsellor, using person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I have a particular interest in supporting adult survivors of rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse, as well as family members who have been affected. Alongside this, I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, trauma and other life difficulties.

For many years, I have known that supporting survivors of sexual violence is the area of counselling I want to dedicate my career to. My placement with Trust House, a specialist charity supporting survivors of rape and sexual assault, gave me valuable experience working with clients affected by trauma and confirmed that this was the path I wanted to follow.

I hold a Diploma in Counselling (Levels 1–4) and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
